What is the process of rubber injection?
Rubber injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce rubber parts with high precision and repeatability. It is aimed to inject molten rubber material into a mold cavity under high pressure, in which it cures and shape foaming. Here’s a breakdown of the process:

Rubber Compound Selection: Choose appropriate rubber material as per your products requirements.
e.g., EPDM, Silicone,rubber, HTV,LSR, NBR etc
① Feeding: For plastics ,the raw material are filled into the barrel, For rubber, Just put the rubber strip to the entrance manually.
② Plasticizing: the plasticizing screw inside will transport the material forward, the heating bands wrapping around the barrel , gradually the temperature will raise up to standard , material will melt in the barrel and ready for injection.
① Injection: The molten material are injected into mold cavity and its temperature is much lower than that in the barrel,so it will solidifies in less minutes and clamping plate moves backward ,the mold open
① Trimming: Sup lux (extra material at seams) is removed.
